Sega Dreamcast (codenamed Katana[1]) is a console by Sega. It is the successor to the Sega Saturn. It is Sega's last system. Sega used a $100 million marketing campaign to promote their new system.[1]

Sales figures

As of 2007, the Dreamcast has sold 10.6 million units; 4.28 million in North America, 2.32 million in Japan, and 1.97 million in Europe.[2][3][4]
