Sega Dreamcast (codenamed Katana[2]) is a console by Sega. It is the successor to the Sega Saturn. It is Sega's last system. Sega used a $100 million marketing campaign to promote their new system.[1]

Sales figures

As of 2007, the Dreamcast has sold 9.13 million units; 4.64 million in North America, 2.86 million in Asia, and 1.63 million in Europe.[3]
