Europe is the second largest video game market in the world. Sales data is covered by Chart-Track and GfK. Much of Europe's available data is for the United Kingdom. Nintendo president Satoru Iwata claims that the U.K., Germany, France, and Spain represent 75-80% of the full European market.[1]
