Fire Emblem is a long running strategy role-playing series from Nintendo since 1990 on the Nintendo Entertainment System though it wasn't until 2003 when the series came to the West.

The biggest entry in the series in both the West and in Japan. It sold well above expectations and every entry in the series. It was only entry to exceed 1 million. Fire Emblem Fates however has now also passed that benchmark.
